No. 23 Oklahoma State vs. Missouri State final score: Cowboys win after huge first half, 62-42
The Cowboys out-rebounded the Bears 45-22 and didn’t allow a single player to reach double-digit scoring.

It was the Cowboys that got out in front early, allowing just two points to the Bears in the first 6:48 of the game to earn a 14-2 lead. An 11-0 run for Oklahoma State to close out the first half gave the Cowboys a 34-13 halftime lead, but a slow start in the second half gave the Bears the opportunity to cut the lead to just 11 in the early second half, but they were unable to get any closer than that.
Junior Markel Brown led the way for Oklahoma State offensively with 15 points and three rebounds, but the story of the game was the defense that didn’t allow a single Missouri State player to finish with double-digit scoring. The Cowboys out-rebounded the Bears 45-22, dominating the inside.
Oklahoma State will continue non-conference play after a week off next Sunday against Central Arkansas, while Missouri State will try to snap a five-game losing streak against Valparaiso.
