Wisconsin vs. Indiana final score: Badgers shock No. 2 Hoosiers in Bloomington

The Hoosiers have now lost 11 straight games to Wisconsin, one of the stranger streaks in college basketball.

Tom Crean has brought Indiana back to the top of the college basketball landscape, but he has not been able to find an answer against Wisconsin.

With a dramatic 64-59 upset of the Hoosiers in Bloomington, Wisconsin moved their win streak against Indiana to 11 straight. Nine of those have come against Crean.

The Badgers defense was the story of the game, as they held a high-powered Hoosiers outfit to only 38 percent shooting from the field. After a 16-point first half where he was perfect from the field, Cody Zeller was held mostly in check in the second, though he still finished with 23 points and 10 rebounds.

Wisconsin, in comparison, had a balanced scoring effort in the win, with four players in double digits. They won the game playing Bo Ryan’s style perfectly, running disciplined half-court offense and holding the ball for most of the shot clock before executing in the last few seconds of the shot clock.

The win moves the Badgers to the top of the Big Ten, as they’re now the only undefeated team in conference play while giving Indiana, who opened the year at No. 1, its second loss.
