No. 25 Marquette vs. Seton Hall final score: Golden Eagles hang on for 69-62 victory
Marquette improves to 4-0 in the Big East with the victory.

Davante Gardner continued his strong play for Marquette, as he finished with 17 points and 5 rebounds. He has now scored in double figures in five straight games.
The major difference in the game came at the free throw line. Marquette made 13 more free throws and attempted 15 more than Seton Hall.
Although the Pirates trailed 26-16 at the half, they were able to creep back into the game and nearly took the lead midway through the second half. But Marquette proved to be too much for Seton Hall, and the Pirates dropped their fourth straight game.
Winning next Wednesday should be a little easier, as Seton Hall hosts South Florida, who has yet to win a conference game. On the other hand, it will be tougher for Marquette, as they travel to Cincinnati on Saturday.
