No. 21 Oregon vs. No. 24 UCLA preview: Pac-12 powers clash in L.A.

Oregon and UCLA both enter their meeting on Saturday undefeated in Pac-12 play. The Ducks bring a balanced attack to the table, while the Bruins boast some of the nation’s best young talent.

The No. 24 UCLA Bruins host the No. 21 Oregon Ducks on Saturday in a meeting between ranked Pac-12 schools off to undefeated starts in conference play.

The Bruins (15-3) enter the game winners of 10 straight games. A win over the Ducks would increase that number to 11, which would represent UCLA's longest streak since 2007-08, a season in which the Bruins reached the Final Four. UCLA is led by a talented group of freshmen; Shabazz Muhammad is the team's leading scorer, averaging 18.4 points per game, while Jordan Adams in second on the team with 15.3 points per contest. Fellow freshman Kyle Anderson is the team's leading rebounder, averaging nearly nine boards per contest.

Meanwhile, the Ducks (15-2) are ranked for the first time in five seasons, and are off to their best conference start in nearly 40 years. Oregon has five players averaging in double figures in scoring, led by Damyean Dotson, who is averaging 12 points per game while shooting 50 percent from the floor.

UCLA and Oregon will tip off from Pauley Pavililon in Los Angeles, Calif., at 4 p.m. ET on CBS.
