Miami leads No. 1 Duke 42-19 at halftime
The No. 1 team in the country is in serious, serious trouble at halftime in Miami, where they trail the ACC-leading Hurricanes by 23.

The Hurricanes have used some torrid outside shooting and an extended Blue Devil drought to carry a 42-19 lead over Duke into the locker room.
The main culprit for Miami -- the only unbeaten team left in the ACC -- has been Durand Scott, who has 15 points on 6-of-8 shooting, including 2-of-3 from beyond the arc. As a team, the Hurricanes are shooting a red hot 56.7 percent from the field, as opposes to just 20.6 percent by Duke.
Miami also got a lift when second-leading scorer Reggie Johnson entered the game at the 14:15 mark. Johnson, who has missed the Hurricanes’ last eight games because of a thumb injury, was greeted by an explosion of cheers and a chanting of his name. He finished the half with three rebounds and three fouls.
Duke actually led 14-13 before going 8:13 without making a field goal. Miami responded with a 25-1 run to seize complete control of the game.
The Hurricanes have played the No. 1 team in the country six times, and lost by double digits every time but once -- a 70-68 loss to UConn in 1999. The last top-ranked team they faced was actually Duke back in 2011. The Blue Devils won that game, 74-63.
