Marquette is currently putting the finishing touches on a home win over the Providence Friars, but the Golden Eagles' push to a 5-1 Big East start was put on hold in the second half on Saturday when the teams were visited by a bat at the Bradley Center.

Marquette’s quest for a 5-1 start to the Big East season was put on hold temporarily when a certain flying mammal decided to get involved.

The bat in question seemed to be a Golden Eagles fan determined to take out Providence's Sidiki Johnson, who has 14 points off the bench.
As you'll see, Johnson tries a quick swipe at the creature while pulling off a Matrix-like move before falling to the floor.
