No. 10 Gonzaga vs. San Francisco final score: Bulldogs roll to 66-52 win

Gonzaga used a 24-2 run that spanned both halves to pull away from the San Francisco Dons, 66-52, Saturday night.

Locked in a close game early, the No. 10 Gonzaga Bulldogs used a 24-2 run, extending into the second half, to pull away from the San Francisco Dons, 66-52, Saturday night in Spokane, Wash.

Elias Harris, Kelly Olynyk and Kevin Pangos led the Bulldogs through that run and most of the game, combining for 36 points. Olynyk led the way with 13 points and eight rebounds. Harris had a double-double with 12 points and 11 boards.

Gonzaga played a deliberate and disciplined game, turning the ball over just eight times, while totaling 15 assists on 26 made baskets. Fittingly, David Stockton, son of NBA assist king John Stockton, led the Bulldogs with four assists off the bench.

San Francisco, meanwhile, turned it over 17 times and lost the rebounding battle, 36-29.

On the other end, the Bulldogs held the Dons to 39.2 percent from the field. Eight players scored for San Francisco, but none hit double figures. Chris Adams had a team-high nine points, all from beyond the arc.
