The Michigan Wolverines used hot shooting and a career night from point guard Trey Burke to roll past the Iowa Hawkeyes, 95-67, in Ann Arbor, Mich., on Sunday afternoon.

Burke scored 19 points and had a career-high 12 assists in the romp while Glenn Robinson III added 20 points and 10 rebounds for the Wolverines, who had a rough start, but eventually broke the game open.

Iowa led from the jump ball until Michigan tied it at 23 with just more than five minutes left in the first half. The game was again tied at 29 points apiece with three minutes in the half, but the Wolverines finished out the half on a 17-6 run to take a 46-35 halftime lead.

It was more of the same in the second half as the Wolverines added to their lead.

Overall, Michigan shot 58 percent from the floor while holding Iowa to 44 percent in a game that was relatively clean. The two teams combined for just 13 turnovers.

Iowa was led by Roy Devyn Marble, who scored 14 points, and guard Anthony Clemmons added 12 points and seven assists for the Hawkeyes.

Michigan remained perfect on the year, moving to 15-0 and 2-0 against Big Ten opponents. Meanwhile, Iowa fell to 11-4 and has lost its first two conference games, which have come against top-10 teams in Michigan and Indiana.
