Chane Behanan injury: Louisville forward out at least a week with sprained ankle
Head coach Rick Pitino says the Cardinals forward was hurt at Monday’s practice.

Behanan will be sidelined anywhere from seven to 10 days because of the injury, making his target to return to game action either Jan. 14 against the Connecticut Huskies or Jan. 19 against the No. 7 Syracuse Orange.
The sophomore forward is Louisville's third leading scorer, averaging 11.4 points per contest and is the team's second leading rebounder, grabbing 7.1 boards a game. Freshman Montrezl Harrell will likely take the bulk of Behanan's minutes. Harrell has played in every game so far this season for the Cardinals. The 6'8 forward is averaging 6.6 points and 4.4 rebounds per game while seeing the floor an average of 19.3 minutes a night. Senior forward Stephen Van Treese could also see some more time off the bench. He's averaging 2.2 points and 4.1 rebounds in 14.4 minutes a game so far this season.
