Wisconsin continues to build on the best start in the program’s history, moving to 13-0 after a 80-43 win against Prairie View A&M. The Badgers held the Panthers to just 18 points in the first half, and 32-percent shooting for the game.
College basketball scores: No. 4 Wisconsin stays unbeaten
The Badgers are off to a 13-0 start as they blew past Prairie View A&M on Saturday.

Sam Dekker scored 10 points in the first half, finishing with 16 to go along with 11 rebounds. The reserves were in for much of the latter period, with 11 Badgers finishing with a made field goal. Nigel Hayes scored 10 points off of Bo Ryan's bench.
Montrael Scott led the way for Prairie View, scoring 14 points on 5 of 12 shooting. The Panthers managed just four trips to the free throw line, compared to 28 freebies for Wisconsin.
The Badgers will now begin Big Ten play, visiting Northwestern on Jan. 2.
No. 9 Duke 82, Eastern Michigan 59
Jabari Parker continues to assert himself as one of the best players in college basketball, scoring 23 and hauling in eight rebounds in Duke's win over Eastern Michigan. Andre Dawkins hit six threes in his first start of the season, finishing with 20 points.
Eastern Michigan made just four of its 18 three-point attempts, failing to play spoiler against their ACC opponents. Mike Talley scored 20 for the Eagles, one short of his season-high.
No. 15 Connecticut 82, Eastern Washington 65
Shabazz Napier got all of his teammates involved against Eastern Washington, dishing out nine assists to go along with 15 points. A contender for the Naismith Award -- given to college basketball's best player -- Napier is averaging 15.5 points and 5.6 assists on the season.
WIth the score tied at 23 with four minutes to play in the first half, Connecticut finished on a 7-0 run to enter the break with a lead. The Huskies would add to that lead late, thanks to 11 second-half points from Phillip Nolan.
No. 17 Memphis 75, Jackson State 61
Memphis overcame poor three-point shooting to hold of Jackson State at the FedEx Forum. The country’s No. 17 team shot just 4 of 21 from behind the arc, but were able to get offensive rebounds and get to the line to beat Jackson. Josh Pastner’s team pulled down 18 offensive rebounds and took 32 trips to the charity stripe, compared to 13 and 17 for the mid-major Tigers.
Michael Dixon Jr. led the way for Memphis with 14 points, with Shaq Goodwin chipping in 13. Julysses Nobles led all scores with 20, and is a finalist for coolest name in the country.
