Missouri kicked off a big college basketball Saturday with an upset of No. 18 UCLA in a game that matched up two superb sets of guards. MIzzou's starting backcourt -- Jordan Clarkson, Earnest Ross and Jabari Brown -- all surpassed 20 points in the win. The Tigers have now won 24 straight home games, currently the best mark in the NCAA.

The Bruins held multiple double-digit leads, but each one evaporated with clutch three-point shooting by Missouri. The Tigers hit 10 threes, five coming from Ross on a career day. MIssouri closed out the game hitting 10 of 12 free throw attempts, negating any chance of a UCLA comeback.
Jordan Adams led the way for the Bruins with 22 points and ten rebounds, but shot just 6-for-18 from the field. Kyle Anderson and the high-flying Zach LaVine added 13 points apiece in the loss.
No. 8 Wisconsin 70, Marquette 64
In typical Bo Ryan fashion, all of Wisconsin's starters finished in double digits as the Badgers edged Marquette. Sam Dekker led the way with 20 points and 10 rebounds, hitting three three-pointers. Wisconsin led by three at the half, and started the ensuing period on a 16-8 run. From there, the Badgers were able to hold off a late Eagles charge to preserve their perfect record. Jamil Wilson scored 22 for Marquette, with Davonte Gardner contributing 16 to the losing effort.
No. 21 UMass 105, BYU 96
The Massachusetts basketball program is on the rise, as is guard Chaz Williams. The 5’9 senior added to his impressive highlight reel with 32 points and 15 assists against BYU, scoring or assisting on 24 of the Minutemen’s 35 field goals. The Cougars trailed most of the game, but hung around behind 23 points and six assists from Matt Carlino. Tyler Haws led Brigham Young with 25 points.
No. 7 Louisville 113, LA-Lafayette 74
Montrezl Harrell scored 20 points on near-perfect shooting to help the Cardinals cruise past Lafayette. The sophomore forward grabbed eight rebounds in addition to hitting nine of his 10 shots from the field. Chris Jones scored 16 for Louisville, who outscored Lafayette 59-27 in the second half. Shawn Long led Ragin' Cajuns with 25 points.
No. 16 Memphis 96, Northwestern State 76
Memphis cruised behind hot shooting, making over 50 percent of its field goals in a rout of Northwestern State. Forward Shaq Goodwin had 21, and the Tigers were able to limit their starters' minutes. Guard Joe Jackson had 18 points, five assists and four rebounds for John Pastner's team. Memphis will play Arkansas-Little Rock before a huge game against Florida Dec. 17.
No. 22 Michigan 107, Houston Baptist 53
The Wolverines doubled up their opponents Saturday, mopping the floor with the Southland Conference's Houston Baptist Huskies. Nik Stauskas continues his early bid for Big Ten Player of the Year, with 25 points in 28 minutes. Mitch McGary added a workmanlike effort, leading his team in rebounds, assists and steals to go along with 12 points. Michigan has already played Duke, but will face its biggest challenge of the season when it hosts No. 2 Arizona next Saturday.
