No. 15 Oklahoma State vs. TCU final score: Nash’s career high leads Cowboys to season sweep of TCU, 64-47

Le’Bryan Nash went off for 28 points on a stellar 12-16 shooting Wednesday night to lead Oklahoma State to a convincing win over TCU on the road.

Alonzo Adams-USA TODAY Sports

Le’Bryan Nash scored a career-high 28 points and No. 15 Oklahoma State limited TCU to just 27 percent shooting Wednesday night as the Cowboys topped the Horned Frogs 64-47 in Fort Worth, Texas.

The win completed the Cowboys’ season sweep of TCU and this one was never in doubt as the Horned Frogs led just once, at 2-0.

And while TCU struggled, Nash was in rhythm all night. The sophomore was 12-16 from the field and pulled down six rebounds and had two assists to go with it.

Nash, of course, didn't need much help for Oklahoma State, but Marcus Smart added nine points and three steals to back up his teammate.

The Cowboys used an 18-1 run spanning both halves to provide some distance, turning a three-point lead into a 20-point advantage with just over 15 minutes left. From there, TCU got no closer than 14 points as Oklahoma State cruised.

Kyan Anderson did his best to keep TCU in the game, but his 15 points were not nearly enough. Devonta Abron had 12 points and ten rebounds off the bench for the Horned Frogs as well.
