Seeding for the 2013 Big East Tournament was finalized on Saturday, with the Georgetown Hoyas earning the No. 1 seed by virtue of their head-to-head records against both Louisville and Marquette. All three teams ended the conference season 14-4, but the Hoyas were 2-1 against the Cardinals and Golden Eagles, earning them top billing at Madison Square Garden when festivities kick off on Tuesday.
