Underdogs have excelled in Big East tournament betting in recent years. But can anyone knock off favorites Louisville and Georgetown, who top the Big East odds board?

The once-formidable Big East Conference gets together one last time for its conference tournament, starting Tuesday at MSG in NYC, before it breaks apart and its members go their separate ways.
The fun begins Tuesday with a couple of first-round games, including Seton Hall vs South Florida and Depaul vs Rutgers.
Play continues Wednesday with second-round games, then rolls into Thursday with the top four seeds getting involved for the quarterfinal games.
The two conference tournament semifinal games will be played Friday night, and the final Big East tournament championship game will be played Saturday evening (8:30 pm ET, ESPN).
On the Big East tournament betting board top-seeded Louisville, the defending tournament champion, leads the betting at odds of 7/5 at Bovada.lv. The Cardinals finished in a three-way tie atop the Big East regular-season standings, earning the two seed, and don’t have to play until Thursday.
Georgetown is the second choice on the Big East tournament betting board at 12/5. The Hoyas also finished in that three-way tie atop the top the standings, and earned the top seed by beating Louisville and splitting two games with Marquette.
Syracuse, despite losing four of its last five regular-season games, is the third pick on the board at 7/2. The Orange finished in a tie for fifth place in the conference, and enters the tournament as the five seed.
Marquette and Pittsburgh come next, each at 6/1. The Golden Eagles were the third team in that three-way first-place tie, and are the three seed, while the Panthers are the four seed.
And Notre Dame, after tying Syracuse for fifth place, is getting 8/1 to win the Big East tournament.
Rounding out the board seventh-seeded Villanova is listed at 15/1; ninth-seeded Cincinnati at 18/1; Providence at 30/1; St. John’s at 40/1; Rutgers, DePaul and Seton Hall at 100/1; and South Florida at 200/1.
