Colorado has a lot to prove this week in the Pac-12 Tournament. First up: a chance to get revenge against an Oregon State team that beat them five days ago.

Last weekend, the Beavers came into Boulder and knocked off Colorado, 64-58, on their senior day. The loss frustrated CU coach Tad Boyle so much that he apologize to the fans in attendance over the arena’s public address system.
Colorado and Oregon State were scheduled to square off at the MGM Grand Arena in Las Vegas at 5:30 p.m. ET, although with the prior game heading into overtime the start will be delayed by a few minutes. The winner moves on to play Arizona on Thursday.
The Buffaloes are likely headed to the NCAA Tournament regardless of the outcome with OSU, although a loss could make for a very nerve-racking wait on Selection Sunday. CU finished the regular season with a 20-10 record, including a 10-8 mark against Pac-12 foes. The Buffaloes are ranked as the 46th best team in the country, according to Kenpom’s efficiency rankings.
The key storyline with Colorado is the health of forward Andre Roberson. Roberson, who led college basketball in rebounding this year, missed the game against Oregon State last weekend with an undisclosed illness. He has been cleared for Wednesday's game and will be in the starting lineup.
The Beavers are not a bad team, ranking 63rd in the country in offensive efficiency. They feature five players who average double-digits in points, and when leading scorer Roberto Nelson is hitting his shots, OSU is a tough team to put away.
