Selection Sunday 2013: Time, TV schedule for NCAA Selection Show

After a week of exciting conference tournament action, Selection Sunday is finally here. Here’s where you can catch the action.

Brian Spurlock-US PRESSWIRE

This is the day college basketball fans have been waiting for: Selection Sunday is finally here. 31 automatic bids have already been decided after nearly two weeks of conference tournament action, but there are still 37 at-large bids to be handed out. There will still be some automatic bids left to decide, however, as the ACC, Atlantic 10, Big Ten and SEC wrap up their tournaments on Sunday morning. For everyone else, this is the moment when the bubble teams learn their final fates and March Madness kicks off in earnest with the unveiling of the 2013 NCAA Tournament bracket.

As usual, the selection show will be broadcast on CBS. They will reveal the brackets, region by region, and name the four No. 1 seeds, culminating with revealing the overall No. 1 team in the tourney. CBS has exclusive rights to the selection show, so that’s where your eyes should be tuned into this evening after the final conference tournaments wrap up.

Here’s the complete information you need to know for Selection Sunday:

Time: 6 p.m. ET

TV Coverage: CBS

Hosts: Greg Gumbel, Greg Anthony, Ernie Johnson, Charles Barkley, Kenny Smith
