March Madness 2013 schedule: Top-overall seed Louisville leads Midwest
The Midwest Region is arguably the toughest draw in the NCAA Tournament, headlined by top-overall seed Louisville, who begins play on Thursday.

Despite being the top-overall seed, the Cardinals face a challenging road with No. 2 Duke, No. 3 Michigan State, and No. 4 Saint Louis all as potential obstacles along the way. In addition to the top four seeds, the Midwest is home to plenty of lower-seeded teams ready to pull off a big upset.
