Levi Randolph scored 16 points to help the Alabama Crimson Tide defeat the Stanford Cardinal, 66-54, and advance to the quarterfinals of the 2013 National Invitation Tournament.
NIT bracket 2013 results: Alabama advances to quarterfinals
After knocking off Stanford on Saturday, top-seeded Alabama moves on to face Maryland for a berth in the NIT Final Four.

The Tide enjoyed a nice all-around game, holding Stanford's star big man, Dwight Powell, to two points on 1-of-6 shooting defensively while finishing with four players in double-digits in scoring on offense.
Retin Obasohan provided a spark off the bench for Alabama, scoring 14 points and grabbing six rebounds. Chasson Randle finished with 11 points to lead Stanford.
As the top-seed in its bracket, Alabama will remain home for the quarterfinal round, where it will face the No. 2 Maryland Terrapins, who defeated Denver in the second round. The winner of the contest between the Tide and Terrapins will earn a berth in the NIT Final Four, which takes place at Madison Square Garden in New York City from April 2-4.
