Oral Roberts visits Weber State in a CIT quarterfinal game at 9 p.m. ET on Wednesday night. The winner will travel to Northern Iowa on Saturday in the tournament semifinals.
2013 CIT bracket and schedule: Weber State hosts Oral Roberts on Wednesday
The final spot in the CIT semifinals will be determined when Weber State takes on Oral Roberts.

ORU has reached this point by defeating UT-Arlington and UC-Irvine. The Golden Eagles have had a different 20-point scorer lead the way in each game. Warren Niles helped down UT-Arlington with 24 points on 7-of-15 shooting from the field. Steven Roundtree hit 6-of-11 field goals and 9-of-12 free throws to log 21 points in the win over UC-Irvine.
Weber State has rolled through the first two rounds of the tournament, beating Cal Poly and Air Force by a combined total of 72 points. The Wildcats are one of the most talented teams in the tournament, and they already defeated Oral Roberts during BracketBuster weekend. Scott Bamforth and Kyle Tresnak have both topped 20 points in each CIT game.
The Wildcats may be on their way to another easy victory against Oral Roberts. Weber State dominates the one aspect of offense that ORU does really well: rebounding. When the two teams met in February, the Golden Eagles grabbed just 31 percent of their own misses, well below their typical 36.5 percent.
On the other end of the floor, Weber State is one of the best shooting teams in the country, ranked third nationally in effective field-goal percentage. Oral Roberts has been suspect defensively, and the Wildcats may be able to score at will. It’s going to take a special effort for the Golden Eagles to advance.
