Update: X-Rays were negative, Early has returned too the game
Cleanthony Early leaves game with ankle injury
Wichita State forward Cleanthony Early tweaked his ankle attempting to box out against Ohio State.
The Wichita State Shockers have played well against the No. 2 Ohio State Buckeyes, but have suffered a second injury to an important big man.
First Carl Hall left the game after receiving an elbow to the chin, and now Cleanthony Early left the game with an ankle injury.
Hall recently returned to the game, so he appears to be OK. Thomas was able to limp off the court, and is currently undergoing X-rays in the locker room.
