2013 SEC basketball standings: Kentucky loss further clouds standings

Tthe SEC standings were shaken up a bit when Georgia toppled Kentucky on Thursday

USA TODAY Sports

The SEC is filled with bubble teams this March, with as many as four or five teams hoping to steal a bid come Selection Sunday.

The Florida Gators, which have already locked up the No. 1 seed for the SEC Tournament, have done plenty to secure themselves a high seed in the NCAA Tourney. The Missouri Tigers are also feeling pretty good about their chances, given their body of work.

Other than those two schools, there's a lot of unknowns. On Thursday night, Kentucky Wildcats fell to the Georgia Bulldogs in Athens, another blow to the Wildcats' NCAA hopes. At this point, they may need to make the SEC finals to go dancing this year.

Florida 14-3 24-5
Missouri 11-6 22-8
Ole Miss 11-6 22-8
Kentucky 11-6 20-10
Alabama 11-6 19-11
Tennessee 10-7 18-11
LSU 9-8 18-10
Arkansas 9-8 18-12
Georgia 9-8 14-15
Texas A&M 7-10 17-13
Vanderbilt 7-10 13-16
South Carolina 4-13 14-16
Auburn 3-14 9-21
Mississippi State 3-14 8-21

All the teams are off Friday before wrapping up the regular season on Saturday. Among the key games to watch will be Florida heading to Lexington to take on Kentucky, Missouri and Tennessee squaring off in Knoxville, and Ole Miss heading to LSU to take on the Tigers.
