How to watch McDonald’s All-American Game online, radio and more

The McDonald’s All-American Game will tip off Wednesday night in Chicago with 24 of the nation’s best high school basketball players taking the court. A record six participants have committed to play for Kentucky next season.

High school basketball’s best players will be on display Wednesday night in Chicago, where they’ll take part in the 36th annual McDonald’s All-American Game. In the past, the contest has featured such future NBA stars as Michael Jordan, LeBron James and Isiah Thomas, amongst many others.

For fans hoping to check out the next wave of professional stars, action starts at 9:30 p.m. ET and the game can be seen on ESPN. It will also be streamed live on ESPN3.com as well.

When the 25 best players in high school basketball do take the court, all eyes will be on the nation’s No. 1 player Andrew Wiggins. A 6’7 forward originally from Canada who played his high school ball in West Virginia, Wiggins has yet to make an announcement on his college future. Kentucky, Kansas, North Carolina and Florida State are believed to be his top choices.

And if Wiggins were to attend Kentucky, he would join what many experts are hailing as the greatest recruiting class ever assembled. The Wildcats have seven commitments for the class of 2013, including a staggering six players who were named to this year’s McDonald’s All-American team.

Florida, North Carolina and Duke each have two commitments playing in Wednesday night’s game.

Game time, TV: 9:30 p.m. ET, ESPN/ESPN3.com
Location: United Center, Chicago
