Brian Spurlock-US PRESSWIRE

The final game of the 2013 NCAA Tournament, the championship between the Louisville Cardinals and Michigan Wolverines, tips off at 9:23 p.m. ET on Monday night and will air live on CBS. Coverage begins at 9 p.m. ET.

The Cardinals defeated Wichita State on Saturday night, while the Wolverines beat Syracuse to advance to the national championship. Louisville was the top-overall seed to start the NCAA Tournament breezed through the Midwest Region before needing a late run to top Wichita State, the tournament Cinderella. This is the first appearance in the championship for Louisville since their 1986 national title.

Michigan had a slightly tougher path through the South Region as the No. 4 seed, needing overtime to beat Kansas in the Sweet 16. On Saturday, the Wolverines had to survive a late Syracuse run to hold on for the victory, advancing to their first championship game since 1993.

Jim Nantz will be the play-by-play announcer for the championship with Clark Kellogg and Steve Kerr providing analysis and Tracy Wolfson as the sideline reporter. Greg Gumbel will host the CBS studio show with Greg Anthony, Doug Gottlieb, Kenny Smith and Charles Barkley.
