‘Lennay Kekua’ entry wins ESPN bracket contest

There has to be a good joke in here somewhere, right?

USA TODAY Sports

ESPN.com member CraigGilmore won the site’s NCAA Tournament bracket challenge with a set of picks named “Lennay Kekua’s entry.” The entry will net the winner a $10,000 Best Buy gift card.

For more on the NCAA Tournament championship game, head over to Card Chronicle and Maize n Brew.

CraigGilmore's entry was declared the winner via tiebreaker, as it finished with the same total score of 1660 as the runner-up, DKimbrell34. The tiebreaker rules state the following:

Tiebreaker #1 - An Entrant's predicted Tiebreaker Game Score is compared to the actual game score. The differences (absolute values only) between the predicted score and actual score for each team are added together into a combined total. The entry with the smallest total is considered the winning entry.

Sounds confusing. Let's just hope for the sake of CraigGilmore that his name being at the top of the list doesn't end up being a hoax.
