Jenny Wright, the director of the office of student judicial affairs at the University of Tennessee, has been terminated for failure to cooperate with an investigation into whether she had inappropriate relations with student-athletes, including former Volunteer point guard Trae Golden. This according to a report by Jimmy Hyams of "The Sports Animal" radio program in Knoxville:

The Sports Animal has learned that Jenny Wright, director of the office of student judicial affairs, has been terminated for failure to cooperate with a UT investigation into whether she had inappropriate relations with student-athletes. One of those athletes, we’re told by sources, is former UT basketball player Trae Golden.
Wright offered to resign May 9, according to documents, but UT did not accept her resignation due to the ongoing investigation. When she failed to cooperate with the investigation, being conducted by outside attorney Beecher Bartlett, then failed to appear at the meeting, she was fired.
Golden, a two-year starter at UT, made the surprise announcement last week that he would be transferring to another school to play his senior season. An initial report from the Knoxville News Sentinel cited a source at UT who said that Golden’s transfer was “based on academics” and a result of “repeated plagiarism.” Golden’s father quickly came out and stated that the report was “totally inaccurate.“
Golden led Tennessee in assists (3.9 apg) and was the team’s third-leading scorer (12.1 ppg) in 2012-13. He scored 20 or more points in five of UT’s last 10 games, including a career-high 32 points in a four-overtime victory at Texas A&M.
The Volunteers finished a disappointing season with a 20-13 record and lost to Mercer in the first round of the NIT.
