Marshall Henderson is one of the more polarizing figures in college basketball with good cause. Here is a quick rundown of his college career.

May 2009 - As a high school senior, Henderson and a friend are arrested in Tarrant County, Texas trying to use $800 of counterfeit money to buy marijuana in two separate exchanges.
January 30, 2010 - Henderson throws punch against BYU’s Jackson Emery and is ejected from the game. The fracas begins around the 1:13 mark.
February 1, 2010 - Henderson is suspended one game for the punch.
April 7, 2010 - Henderson announces he is leaving Utah after one season, saying coach Jim Boylen’s restrictions do not fit with his “individualism”. Henderson was second on team with 305 shot attempts.
May 28, 2010 - Henderson transfers from Utah to Texas Tech.
June 2010 - Stemming from his 2009 arrest, state prosecutors charge Henderson with forgery by possession of a forged writing to wit, and he is put on two years of defered adjudication probation.
2011 - After sitting out a season because of transfer rules, Henderson never sees the floor as a Red Raider. He transfers again to South Plain Colleges after the coaching fiasco of Pat Knight’s firing and Billy Gillispie’s resignation.
February 1, 2012 - Henderson is sentenced to four months in jail for violating probation terms after testing positive for marijuana, alcohol and cocaine. He serves 25 days in jail plus seven weeks of work release, and his charge is changed to forgery by possession of a forged writing with intent to pass.
March 24, 2012 - South Plains College wins the 2012 NJCAA National Championship with a 81-68 win over Northwest Florida State College. Henderson averages 19.6 points while shooting 44 percent from the field and 41 percent from behind the arc.
April 13, 2012 - Henderson transfers from South Plains College to Ole Miss.
January 26, 2013 - Henderson flaunts right in front of the student section of Auburn after Ole Miss wins 63-61.
January 29, 2013 - Ole Miss fans and Henderson engage in an ice throwing competition as Ole Miss loses 87-74.
March 17, 2013 - Ole Miss defeats Florida 66-63 to earn its first SEC title since 1981. Henderson finishes the game with 21 points and a severe trolling of the Florida fans. He would later call the SEC coaches “losers” after he was voted to second-team All-SEC.
March 18, 2013 - Associated Press names Henderson SEC newcomer of the year.
March 24, 2013 - Henderson simulates smoking an illicit substance after making a three against La Salle in the NCAA Tournament. Ole Miss would go on to lose the game, and Henderson would have a less than graceful exit from the arena, where he was caught on camera kicking over a container of water bottles and then flipping off the crowd. His reasoning:

April 3, 2013 - Henderson pens an open letter to Ole Miss fans thanking them for the year and pledging to be a leader for the team.
June 26, 2013 - NCAA officially rebukes Henderson and issues a public reprimand regarding his exit following the La Salle Game.
“A point of emphasis with the committee over the last several years continues to be ensuring that championship participants act in a manner that represents the highest standards of sportsmanship,” said Ron Wellman, chair of the Division I Men’s Basketball Committee and athletic director at Wake Forest in a statement. “Mr. Henderson’s actions failed in this regard.”
July 10, 2013 - Ole Miss suspends Henderson indefinitely for violation of team rules after failing a drug test.
