Creighton guard Grant Gibbs will miss the next 4-6 weeks with a dislocated kneecap, ESPN.com's Jeff Goodman reported.
Creighton’s Grant Gibbs out 4-6 weeks with dislocated kneecap
The senior guard joins Doug McDermott on the sideline for the Bluejays.

Gibbs suffered the injury during Creighton’s 81-62 win over DePaul on Tuesday. He had played 12 minutes, tallying four points and four rebounds.
Overall, the guard is averaging 6.1 points and 4.1 assists per game and has started all 15 contests this season for the Bluejays.
Gibbs is 24 years old and graduated from Creighton last year, but was granted a sixth year of eligibility after missing the better part of two years with injuries. He joins National Player of the Year candidate and two-time All-American Doug McDermott on Creighton's sideline, at least for now. An MRI revealed a strain in McDermott's left shoulder, an injury he also sustained on Tuesday.
McDermott, however, says he expects to play in Creighton’s next game on Sunday against Xavier, according to Goodman. That game tips off at 3 p.m. on CBSSN.
