Illinois vs. Wisconsin final score: Badgers blow past Illini, 95-70
Another team effort from Bo Ryan’s deep roster keeps Wisconsin among the undefeated teams in the nation.

The Badgers shot lights-out, hitting well over half of their field-goal attempts on Wednesday. Sam Dekker was six-of-eight from the field on his way to 17 points.
In addition to the hot shooting, Wisconsin was able to generate offense from the free-throw line. The Badgers hit 23 of their 33 attempts, which dwarfed Illinois’ 15-of-19 total.
Wednesday marked Wisconsin’s second straight win over a ranked Big Ten opponent, having dispatched No. 22 Iowa on Sunday. Nothing gets easier in such a stacked conference, as the Badgers will be forced to travel to Bloomington to face Indiana on Jan. 14.
Having suffered their first lost of the conference season, Illinois will face Northwestern and Purdue before another big test against Michigan State on Jan. 18.
