Harvard is not a bad team. Not even close. The Crimson have won an NCAA Tournament game each of the last two seasons, and entered this year in our preseason top 25 for a reason. Wesley Saunders and Siyani Chambers are one of the better backcourts in the country, and that isn’t just limited to the Ivy League. What Tommy Amaker has done there in recent years really is remarkable.

Well, it’s not working out for the Crimson on Sunday afternoon in their biggest non-conference game of the season against Virginia. Virginia finished the first half with a 39-8 lead by holding Harvard to 5 percent shooting from the field.

Five. Perfect. Gotta get Zena Edosomwan the ball in the second half, coach.
