San Diego State forward Dwayne Polee II collapsed to the floor against UC Riverside in a scary scene on Monday night. Polee was cutting across the lane when he fell and landed on his face. The game was stopped while Polee remained down on the court. A medical team hooked up electrodes at one point.

He was eventually put on a stretcher and waved to the crowd as he was taken off the court at Viejas Arena. According to San Diego State, Polee is “completely responsive” and was taken to a hospital for further evaluation.

You can see the play here (note: it may be a jarring visual).
