The 16th-ranked Michigan Wolverines overcame a 19-point deficit at Purdue and beat the Boilermakers on a last-second shot Wednesday night, 77-76 in overtime.

Glenn Robinson III hit an acrobatic shot at the buzzer to lift the Wolverines over Purdue, while Marcus Paige dropped 35 on N.C. State.

Down one with three seconds left, Glenn Robinson III tracked down a high inbounds pass and converted an off-balance layup at the buzzer to send Michigan to its 20th win of the season.
Robinson shot 7-11 for the game to lead four Wolverines in double figures with 17 points. But that was almost not enough to top brothers Terone (22 points) and Ronnie Johnson (21 points), who accounted for more than half of the Boilermakers' scoring.
Michigan is now a full game ahead of Michigan State for first place in the Big Ten. The Wovlerines’ remaining three games are against unranked opponents.
No. 19 North Carolina 85 North Carolina State 84 (OT)
T.J. Warren and Marcus Paige had a shootout that spanned 45 minutes, but ultimately it was a layup from Paige with a second to go that lifted the Tar Heels to their 10th straight win.
Paige shot 7-12 from three to score 35 points, while Warren had 36, thanks to a 13-25 night from the field.
The Wolfpack forced overtime with a pair of free throws from Warren in the final two seconds of regulation. Those came during a stretch where he scored eight straight points for N.C. State.
No. 12 Virginia 65 Miami 40
The Cavaliers avoided a trap game by beating Miami by 25 points, three days before their showdown with No. 4 Syracuse. Virginia used its trademark defense to hold the Hurricanes to 26 percent shooting and an 0-12 mark from three-point range.
Malcolm Brogdon and London Perrantes each had 15 points to lead the Cavaliers. Perrantes also made all four of his three-point attempts.
Virginia is 1.5 games ahead of the Orange for first place in the ACC and have not lost since falling at Duke on Jan. 13.
No. 24 Texas 74 Baylor 69
The Longhorns jumped out to a 15-point halftime lead and held off Baylor behind 21 points from Javan Felix and 20 points and 10 rebounds from Cameron Ridley.
Texas snapped a two-game losing streak with the win and has three remaining as it battles with Iowa State for the No. 2 seed in the Big 12 tournament.
Kenny Cherry had 27 points to lead Baylor, whose four-game winning streak came to an end.
No. 15 Iowa State 83 West Virginia 66
If West Virginia had any hopes of finishing strong to secure an at-large bid in the NCAA Tournament, the Cyclones put an end to them on Wednesday with a convincing win. Georges Niang had 24 points and DeAndre Kane had a double-double with 17 points and 11 rebounds to lead Iowa State.
The Cyclones kept pace with Texas by shooting 51 percent from the field and out-rebounding the Mountaineers, 46-38. Juwan Staten had 19 points to lead West Virginia.
No. 3 Arizona 87 California 59
Cal handed Arizona its first loss of the season 25 days ago, but the Wildcats got revenge in convincing fashion on Wednesday. Arizona turned a 15-point halftime lead into a 28-point blowout at home behind 22 points from Nick Johnson and 16 more from Kaleb Tarczewski.
Since that loss to the Golden Bears, Arizona has won five out of six to take control of the Pac-12, while Cal needs to finish strong to secure its NCAA Tournament bid. Justin Cobbs had 12 points for Cal in the loss.
No. 8 Villanova 67 Butler 48
Villanova stayed tied with Creighton atop the Big East standings with a 19-point win over lowly Butler. Though the Wildcats built a double-digit lead by late in the first half, they did not pull away until the final 10 minutes when David Ochefu led a 15-1 run to put Villanova up 60-31. Ochefu scored six points in that stretch and Kris Jenkins hit a pair of threes for the Wildcats.
Darrun Hilliard and James Bell each had 11 to lead Villanova. Kellen Dunham led Butler with 12 points but shot just 3-13 from the field. The Bulldogs shot just 30.6 percent for the game and 21.1 percent from three.
