Thursday was a tough day for ranked teams, as the AP Top 25 went 1-5 on the day. The highlight was Arkasnas' 81-77 overtime win against No. 17 Kentucky. For the Razorbacks, the win finished off a season sweep of the Wildcats and padded their NCAA Tournament resume.

Only one ranked team -- Louisville -- made it out of Thursday night alive. Ohio State, Iowa and Memphis joined the Wildcats and Billikens in the loss column.

Rashad Madden tied the game for Arkansas with a pair of free throws in the final minute, sending the Razorbacks and Wildcats into their second straight overtime game. From there, Coty Clark's seven points were the difference for Arkansas as the Razorbacks distanced themselves in the extra period.
Willie Cauley-Stein had a game-high 16 points for Kentucky, and he and Julius Randle both finished with double-doubles. But it wasn't enough for the Wildcats, who have lost two of their last four games.
No. 7 Louisville 88, Temple 66
The lone winner among ranked teams in action Thursday, Louisville got this one done early. The Cardinals maintained a double-digit lead throughout most of the game, with three of their players with 19 or more points. Russ Smith led the way with 24, while Montrezl Harrell had 21. Terry Rozier finished with 19.
At 13-2, Louisville pulls back into a first-place tie with Cincinnati in the American standings. With three games left, the regular-season title in the AAC is coming down to the wire.
Duquesne 71, No. 10 Saint Louis 64
Duquesne broke Saint Louis’s 19-game winning streak, riding Micah Mason’s 22 points to victory. The Dukes exploded for 46 points in the second half, a rarity for a team visiting the defense-first Billikens.
Mike McCall Jr. led the way for Saint Louis with 18, hitting three of his five three-point attempts. The Billies, at 12-1, still have a stranglehold on the Atlantic 10 title and lead St. Joe’s by two games.
Indiana 93, No. 20 Iowa 86
Will Sheehy erupted for a career-high 30 points in Indiana's third win over a ranked opponent this season. The Hoosiers kept a torrid pace, hitting more than half of their 59 field goal attempts. Stanford Robinson had 26 off the bench for Indiana, who improve to 6-9 in Big Ten play.
Iowa has now lost three straight and the Hawkeyes seem destined to fall out of the Top 25. Roy Devyn Marble’s 20 points wasn’t enough to right the ship after Iowa lost to Minnesota and Wisconsin. Indiana previously beat Wisconsin and Michigan.
Houston 77, No. 21 Memphis 68
Memphis has been locked in a lot of tight games against middling opponents this season, and it finally hurt them in the loss column. Danuel House finished with 19 points for Houston, who got their biggest win since beating UConn on Dec. 31.
The Tigers are still in contention for the American Conference title, but are three full games back with three to play. Memphis has to play Louisville, Cincinnati and SMU, which represents all three ranked teams in their conference.
Penn State 65, No. 22 Ohio State 63
The Nittany Lions picked off the Buckeyes behind 23 points from top scorer D.J. Newbill. Down five in the final minute, Ohio State pulled within one, but Lenzelle Smith Jr. failed to hit either of his game-winning three-point attempts.
Penn State broke Ohio State’s three-game winning streak, dropping the Buckeyes to 9-7 in the Big Ten. The loss eliminates Ohio State from contention for the Big Ten regular-season title.
