Thus far, the Pac-12 Tournament has gone mostly chalk, with No. 1 Arizona and No. 2 UCLA advancing to the semifinals with ease. Each team can secure a higher seed in the Big Dance by winning the tournament outright, but there is a pair of tough teams standing in their way.

Arizona advanced by shellacking No. 8 Utah in the quarterfinals, holding the Utes to just 13 points in the first half. That total was the worst ever in a half by any team in the Pac-12 Tournament. The Wildcats didn't allow a single Utah player to score in double digits. Arizona now gets No. 5 Colorado, who squeaked by No. 4 California in the quarters. Askia Booker led the way with 17 points for the Buffs, a solid counter to Justin Cobbs' 21 for Cal. Colorado lost both of its games against Arizona in the regular season, each game by double digits. Both teams are missing key cogs, with Brandon Ashley out for the season for Arizona and Spencer Dinwiddie out for the rest of the way for Colorado.

UCLA got through the quarterfinals with a win over No. 7 Oregon. The Bruins smashed the Ducks, with five players scoring in double digits. Jordan Adams led the way with 15 and Travis Wear chipped in 14. Steve Alford's team draws No. 6 Stanford in the semis, after the Cardinal upset third-seeded Arizona State, 79-58, behind 21 points from Chasson Randle. UCLA and Stanford split their two games this season, with each team winning at home.

Friday’s schedule of games:

No. 1 Arizona vs. No. 5 Colorado, 9 p.m. ET, Pac-12 Network

No. 2 UCLA, vs. No. 6 Stanford, 11:30 p.m. ET, Fox Sports 1
