NIT 2014 schedule and bracket: Top seeds Florida State, SMU one win away from Final Four
Two more teams will punch their ticket to Madison Square Garden on Tuesday.

Only two more teams will get a chance to make a trip to Madison Square Garden for the 2014 National Invitational Tournament Final Four.
After Minnesota and Clemson won on Tuesday night, the final two spots of the final four will be decided on Tuesday evening. Minnesota was expected to make a run as a No. 1 seed in the tournament, but Clemson’s trip to the NIT’s final four is a bit more surprising as a No. 3 seed.

Two other top seeds remain in the tournament and will play on Tuesday night. Florida State will take on Louisiana Tech to start the night. The Seminoles haven’t had much trouble getting to this point. They beat Florida Gulf Coast by five in the opening round and handled Georgetown in round two. Meanwhile, Louisiana Tech has won two close games to get into the quarterfinals. The winner of Florida State and Louisiana Tech will take on Minnesota.
In the late game on Tuesday, top seeded SMU will play California. SMU and California are the top two seeds in their bracket, and both teams have been dominant to this point in the tournament. The winner will take on Clemson in the final four.
