The East Regional final from Madison Square Garden is up first, featuring No. 7 Connecticut and No. 4 Michigan State. The Huskies advanced to Sunday with an 81-76 win over third-seeded Iowa State in a game that they led nearly wire-to-wire. DeAndre Daniels had 27 points and 10 rebounds for UConn in the win.

Michigan State reached the Elite Eight by holding off No. 1 Virginia down the stretch, 61-59. Branden Dawson had 24 points on 9-16 shooting for the Spartans to go along with his 10 rebounds.

The Huskies and Spartans will tip off at 2:20 p.m. ET, with coverage beginning on CBS shortly before. Bill Raftery and Verne Lundquist are on the call from the Garden, with Allie LaForce handling sideline duty.

And after the East Regional champion is decided, No. 8 Kentucky looks to continue its unexpected run with a win over No. 2 Michigan. The Wildcats have already beaten No. 1 Wichita State and defending champion Louisville. But Michigan, the defending national runners up, will provide a tough challenge. The experienced crew held off Tennessee on Friday behind 15 points from Jordan Morgan.

Kentucky counters with Julius Randle, a freshman phenom who has raised his game even further in the NCAA Tournament. However, the Wildcats might be without seven-footer Willie Cauley-Stein, who left Friday's game in the opening minutes with an ankle injury.

Tip time from Indianapolis between Kentucky and Michigan is slated for 5:05 p.m. ET. Jim Nantz and Greg Anthony have the call, with Tracy Wolfson reporting from the sideline.
