Kentucky enters the tournament as the clear favorite in the field. At 34-0, the Wildcats are just six games away from becoming the first team since Indiana in 1975-76 to finish a season undefeated. Looking for a different choice? Riding with Jahlil Okafor and Duke, a red-hot Arizona team, or a veteran-heavy Virginia group is a good way to go, too.
That’s the beauty of the NCAA Tournament. There are so many different options and anything can happen in a single elimination tournament. Even in a year with a favorite as overwhelming as Kentucky, an upset is always possible, if not likely. No one had seventh-seeded UConn winning it all last year, after all.
