The 2015 CIT field is down to 16 teams, and the second round tips off Friday night when Eastern Kentucky hosts High Point.
2015 CIT Tournament schedule and bracket: The 2nd round begins
UT-Martin topped Northwestern State on Thursday, setting up the final 16.

Both teams advanced with six-point wins in the first round -- Eastern Kentucky at home over Norfolk State, 81-75, and High Point with a home win over Maryland-Eastern Shore, 70-64.
Corey Walden and Eric Stutz each scored 22 points for Eastern Kentucky in its first-round win. They were also a combined 5-10 from three to help the Colonels outlast a Norfolk State team that shot 61 percent from the field.
Meanwhile, 23 points from John Brown and 19 off the bench from Devante Wallace was enough to lift High Point in the first round. The Panthers also forced Maryland-Eastern Shore into 18 turnovers.
The rest of the field will play on Saturday and Monday, with games spanning the country. Out west, Northern Arizona visits Sacramento State on Saturday, while on Monday night, NJIT hosts its second-ever postseason game when Cleveland State comes to Newark.
