The No. 14 Georgia State Panthers pulled off a stunning upset over the No. 3 Baylor Bears on Thursday afternoon, coming back from a 12-point deficit with under three minutes remaining, capped off by R.J. Hunter's three-point bomb with under three seconds left in the contest.
