The North Carolina Tar Heels and Wisconsin Badgers will square off against each other in the Sweet 16 with a spot in the Elite Eight on the line.
North Carolina vs. Wisconsin, NCAA Tournament 2015: Time, TV schedule and live stream
ACC vs. B1G. The winner dances into the Elite Eight for a potential matchup with Arizona.
Each team has seen differences during their seasons. North Carolina has been up-and-down all year, collecting 11 losses on its overall record in a grueling ACC conference schedule. It doesn't look like Kennedy Meeks will play against Wisconsin with a sprained knee.
Without the big man, the Tar Heels lose 11 points and 7.6 rebounds of production on a night where they’ll be playing arguably the country’s best big man. Wisconsin has been the exact opposite of inconsistency this season. With a school-record 33 wins, which it has done in back-to-back seasons, Wisconsin has been one of the most steady programs in the nation.
The undisputed Big Ten Champions are the nation's No. 1 offense, scoring 124.9 points per 100 possessions per UWBadgers.com. Frank Kaminsky averaged over 18 points, eight rebounds and two assists per game -- the only other Big Ten player to put up those numbers over the last ten seasons was Evan Turner at Ohio State in 2010. He went on to be the National Player of the Year. Through two NCAA Tournament games, Kaminsky is averaging 21.5 points and 9.5 rebounds per game.
