Three No. 1 seeds and No. 11 UCLA remain as the NCAA Tournament reaches the Sweet 16 on Thursday and Friday, and the rest of the teams are somewhere in between.

The tournament gets tighter, and the championship picture becomes clearer.

The whole nation is talking about undefeated Kentucky, which has coasted through a couple of early tournament matchups and is expected to do the same against No. 5 West Virginia. There’s a little more concern for the other top seeds: Wisconsin facing No. 4 North Carolina and Duke taking on No. 5 Utah. It would be no surprise to see one of those two go down before we reach the Elite Eight.
No. 11 UCLA’s run probably won’t continue. The Bruins are a team that many thought didn’t belong in the tournament, so you might think UCLA acquitted itself nicely with two wins until you remember one came from a controversial goaltend and the other was against a No. 14 seed. The Bruins’ next opponent is No. 2 Gonzaga, which beat UCLA by double-figures earlier this year.
If you're just looking for excitement, be sure to catch No. 2 Arizona face No. 6 Xavier. The Wildcats are loaded with talent up and down their roster, but Xavier has the makings of a team that is coming together with all the right pieces at the exact right time. Oh, and they have the most fun player in the tournament, Matt Stainbrook.
