The Duke-Wake Forest game isn’t being nationally televised on Wednesday night, and that’s a huge relief for the Demon Deacons. Wake got straight up embarrassed in the first half, and it wasn’t Jahlil Okafor (four points) who was doing most of the damage.
Are you familiar with Duke freshman guard Grayson Allen? If not, you will be soon. Allen has played a larger role for the Blue Devils since Rasheed Sulaimon was dismissed, and he may have just endeared himself to Coach K forever with this first half effort. Allen came off the bench to score 19 points, or four more than Wake scored as a team.
