Seventh Woods gained national acclaim for his incredible dunking ability at just 14 years ago off the strength of a mixtape that has now been viewed more than 13 million times. Woods is now entering his senior season at South Carolina’s Hammond High School, and he’s getting closer to making his college decision.
5-star recruit Seventh Woods cuts list to UNC, Georgetown, South Carolina and Florida
The one-time mixtape phenom is getting ready to make his college decision.

Woods is down to four schools, according to ESPN’s Jeff Borzello. His choices are North Carolina, Georgetown, South Carolina and Florida.
Woods is listed as a five-star recruit by Rivals as the No. 25 player in the class of 2016. ESPN has him just under five-star status as the No. 31 player in his class. Woods spent the summer playing on the Under Armour circuit where he continued to show off his explosive athleticism and developing point guard skills.
Each of Woods’ final four options are enticing possibilities. UNC will need a point guard next season as Marcus Paige graduates, but will have former McDonald’s All-American Joel Berry entering his junior year. South Carolina just landed a five-star point guard in the class of 2015 in P.J. Dozier. Georgetown is projected to have a solid mix of veterans built around juniors L.J. Peak and Isaac Copeland. At Florida, Woods would be new coach Mike White’s first signature recruit.
Woods is a 6’1 combo guard out of Columbia, South Carolina. He has not released a timetable to make his announcement.
