Two of the most storied programs in college basketball history meet in Las Vegas on Saturday afternoon when Kentucky faces North Carolina in the CBS Sports Classic. It’s a matchup of the No. 6 Wildcats vs. No. 7 Tar Heels where the teams enter with a combined record of 19-2.

The biggest question of the game is the injury status of UNC point guard Joel Berry II (Update: Berry is expected to go, per ESPN). Berry, nursing a sprained ankle, missed North Carolina’s last two games, which were a nine-point win over Davidson and a way-too-close-for-comfort home victory against Tennessee that the Tar Heels secured in the final seconds.

If Berry can go, he’ll be matched up with Kentucky speed demon De’Aaron Fox. Fox is coming off a strong individual effort against fellow superfreshman Lonzo Ball in a loss to UCLA. Fox will be expected to put pressure on the UNC defense, whether Berry plays or not. He’s scored in double-figures in nine of Kentucky’s 10 games.

Another key to the game will be who can control the glass. North Carolina is the No. 1 offensive rebounding team in the country, led by Kennedy Meeks, Isaiah Hicks, and freshman Tony Bradley. Kentucky is a poor defensive rebounding team, ranking No. 237 in the country in defensive rebound rate. Will Kentucky freshman Bam Adebayo step up in the biggest challenge of his young career?

With both teams ranking in the top 10 of both offensive and defensive efficiency, this should be one of the best non-conference games of the year. It’s also a major tune-up for Kentucky before playing rival Louisville next week.

Here’s how you can watch Kentucky vs. North Carolina:
