VCU vs. Oklahoma 2016 live stream: Time, TV schedule and how to watch March Madness online

Buddy Hield meets a new-look HAVOC.

No. 2 Oklahoma has one of the nation's best players. No. 10 VCU has the pedigree of a tournament stalwart and a perennial underdog's chip on the shoulder. The Sooners and Rams meet in what should be an enjoyable up-tempo matchup on Sunday in the 2016 NCAA Tournament's second round.

Oklahoma's star is Buddy Hield, who may be the frontrunner for national player of the year now that Michigan State's Denzel Valentine is no longer playing in the NCAA Tournament. Hield made sure the Sooners would survive at least the first round on Friday by pouring in 27 points against No. 15 Cal State Bakersfield, helping Oklahoma pull away late for a 82-68 triumph.

VCU has some experience with taking down Big 12 giants in the NCAA Tournament, though: just ask Kansas, which fell to the Rams in the 2011 Elite Eight. And while that team was coached by Shaka Smart and known for a ferocious press, former Chattanooga head man Will Wade has kept Smart's defensive style and gotten some great shooting from Melvin Johnson, JeQuan Lewis, and Korey Billbury, all of whom have made at least 42 threes on the year.

The winner of Saturday’s game will move on to a Sweet Sixteen game against the winner of No. 3 Texas A&M and No. 11 Northern Iowa.

Game time: 5:15 p.m. ET

How to watch: CBS

How to livestream: March Madness Live
