NCAA Tournament 2016: Schedule for the Final Four

Game times, TV and streaming information for college basketball’s biggest event.

The Final Four has arrived.

Major college basketball’s two national semifinals will be held on Saturday night at NRG Stadium in Houston. In the first, West Region No. 2 seed Oklahoma faces South Region No. 2 Villanova. In the second, East Region No. 1 North Carolina faces Midwest No. 10 Syracuse, which has taken up something of a Cinderella mantle despite its dual-role as a villain.

These games could turn out any number of ways, but the common sentiment is that the first, between the Sooners and Wildcats, will be the most competitive. Villanova is about a 2-point favorite in most places, and the pair of No. 2 seeds seem evenly matched across the board. The Wildcats have more top players, but the Sooners have terrifying guard Buddy Hield and his 29-points-per-game tournament average.

North Carolina is widely picked to roll Syracuse, as the Tar Heels are 9.5-point favorites in the second semifinal. The Heels are pretty close to a perfect college basketball team, with crazy athleticism at every spot in the lineup, lots of scoring ability, defense and a hall-of-fame coach, Roy Williams. But Syracuse has a similarly accomplished coach in Jim Boeheim, and it’s not like the Orange don’t have blue-chip talent all over the place, too.

Below is a complete schedule for Saturday’s action. All times are Eastern, and it includes information on the games’ alternate broadcasts designed for fans of the involved teams.
