Cuonzo Martin is getting the 6’11 big man back for another year.

Rabb averaged 12.5 points, 8.6 rebounds and 1.2 blocks in 28.7 minutes per game for Cal as a freshman. He will unquestionably be the focal point of a team that is losing freshman Jaylen Brown to the draft, as well as star point guard Tyrone Wallace to graduation.
Rabb entered Cal as the No. 8 recruit in the country according to ESPN. The Oakland’s native decision to stay home and play for the Bears was considered the program’s biggest recruiting coup in decades until Brown (ranked No. 4, per ESPN) decided to join him in Berkley.
Rabb's freshman season did not end like he wanted. Without Wallace and standout shooting Jabari Bird, the Bears were knocked out of the NCAA Tournament in their first game against Big West champion Hawaii.
