The game will now be played on Sunday at 1 p.m.

North Carolina enters the game at No. 14 in the polls, while NC State could leap into the top 25 with a victory. The Wolfpack have won seven of their last eight, including a blowout 104-78 win over No. 21 Virginia Tech on Wednesday.
UNC hasn’t been at its best yet in conference play. The Tar Heels began ACC play with a shocking 12-point loss to Georgia Tech, then needed overtime to beat Clemson.
This game will be a big stage for NC State’s freshman point guard Dennis Smith Jr. Smith finished with the second triple-double in program history against VT in his last game.
Tickets for the game, which was originally scheduled for Saturday night, will be honored on Sunday. The game will still be shown on ESPN.
