Bol Bol, 5-star recruit and son of Manute Bol, commits to Oregon
The Ducks have landed the nation’s No. 1 center.

Bol is the son of the late Manute Bol. He has grown into the top center recruit in the country. Bol is ranked as the No. 4 overall prospect in the class of 2018 by ESPN.
Bol is an incredibly unique prospect. He’s a 7’3 center with a 7’9 wingspan who offers a rare combination of rim protection and three-point shooting. Bol shot 49 percent from three on Nike’s EYBL circuit this year.
Bol joins an Oregon class that is shaping up to be one of the country’s very best. Oregon already has commitments from five-star wing Louis King and four-star recruits Will Richardson (a point guard) and Miles Norris (a power forward).

Bol was a standout on Nike’s EYBL circuit this year playing for Cal Supreme. He averaged 24.1 points per game, which was the third best mark on the circuit. He also averaged 10 rebounds per game which was seventh on the circuit and led the league in blocks at 4.5 per game.
Bol could be considered the biggest recruit in Oregon history.
