NCAA basketball rankings 2017: Gonzaga remains No. 1 after St. Mary’s win
The ‘Zags remain in the top spot in the latest AP Poll after pushing their record to 26-0 last week.

Villanova remains at No. 2 while Kansas stays at No. 3 after unbeaten weeks. The Jayhawks have a big week ahead, with games against No. 9 West Virginia on Monday and No. 4 Baylor on Saturday.
Louisville drops from No. 4 to No. 8 after losing on the road to Virginia 71-55. The Cards had to play that game without three starters in guard Quentin Snider, who has since returned from a hip flexor injury, and forward Deng Adel and center Mangok Mathiang, who were suspended for missing curfew. The two returned for Saturday’s 71-66 win over Miami, however.
Oregon had a tough weekend, losing to UCLA 82-79, as the Ducks let a 19-point halftime lead slip through their fingers. The loss dropped Oregon down two spots in this week’s poll. The Ducks can make up some ground in the coming weeks with three straight road games to close out their regular season against Cal, Stanford, and Oregon State.
