It’s no secret that George W. Bush is fond of SMU. The 43rd president of the United States chose to have his presidential library on campus, and his wife Laura also graduated from the school.
George W. Bush shows off SMU fandom during the Mustangs’ biggest win this season
SMU got a huge win over Cincinnati and Bush was there to see it.


Dubya showed off his SMU fandom by showing up to the Mustangs’ biggest game of the season on Sunday afternoon, a 60-51 win over then-No. 11 Cincinnati.
This is not the first time Bush has been seen at an SMU game:
SMU now leads the American at 12-1 in league play after the win over the Bearcats. The Mustangs are No. 19 in the latest AP Poll and are in prime position for an at-large bid after being banned from postseason play last year.
